1. Payment Terms: Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of registration. If opting for deposit, the balance will be due 10 days before the event date. Payments are processed securely and can be made using credit/debit cards through our online payment system.

2. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days from the course date will not be eligible for a refund.No refunds will be granted for failure to provide required documentation or non-compliance with our eligibility criteria.

3. Required Documentation: You must submit a copy of your government-issued photo ID and a valid state-issued concealed weapons permit, or appropriate law enforcement credentials or a letter from your local chief law enforcement officer. These documents must be submitted and verified before the course start date.Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in cancellation of your registration without a refund.

4. Eligibility: All participants must be at least 18 years old by the course start date.By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and all other eligibility criteria.

5. Liability Waiver: Participation in firearms training involves inherent risks. By registering, you agree to release Modernay Sniper from any claims or liabilities related to accidents or injuries that may occur during the course.
